We’re excited to announce a bold new partnership that reflects our deepest values at Suwk which are access, empowerment, and transformation through skills.
Raise Humanity Initiative has officially selected Suwk as its training platform of choice to equip over 2,500 young people across Southeastern Nigeria with practical, income-ready vocational skills. This marks a major step forward in both organizations’ shared mission to create a generation of skilled, self-reliant youth.
Why This Partnership Matters
In communities across Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, and Imo, thousands of young Nigerians are eager to learn, work, and build. But access to affordable, structured, and modern training has remained a challenge, until now.
By adopting Suwk as its official learning platform, Raise Humanity Initiative is ensuring that its beneficiaries are not just inspired, they are skilled for life.
Learners will gain access to Suwk’s full suite of vocational courses, including:
Solar Installation
Fashion Design
Residential painting
Pastry and baking
Sustainable furniture making
Each course is taught by experienced local tutors, supported by a learning assistant Chito, and concludes with certification and a structured apprenticeship opportunity.
Powered by Purpose, Designed for the Future
Suwk’s platform is built for real-world success. We’re not just offering lessons; we’re delivering:
Flexible learning learners can access anywhere, anytime
Step-by-step video instruction in clear, practical language
Course assessments and certificates for credibility and proof of competence
An apprenticeship pathway that connects learners to real work environments
Post-training support so learners can transition into jobs or microbusinesses
And most importantly, our platform is accessible to every learner, no matter their location, background, or experience level.
A Shared Vision
At the heart of this partnership is one core belief: Skill is power.
Raise Humanity Initiative and Suwk are united in our commitment to helping Nigerian youth become self-sufficient, confident contributors to their communities.
What’s Next?
Over the coming months, onboarding and learning will begin in waves across the five southeastern states. With over 2,500 young people enrolled, this is one of the largest vocational empowerment initiatives Suwk has participated in to date.
We’re honored to be part of this project and proud to stand with Raise Humanity Initiative in making vocational education a tool for dignity and change.
To every young person starting this journey: We see you, we support you, and we believe in your power to create. Let’s build something great.
