At Suwk, we are committed to providing high-quality vocational training and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund options:
If you request a refund within 7 days of your course purchase and have not completed more than 10% of the course content, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you request a refund within 14 days of your course purchase and have not completed more than 25% of the course content, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
If you have completed more than 25% of the course content or if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, you are not eligible for a refund.
If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial charge, you are eligible for a full refund.
After the initial 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@suwkafrica.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is approved.
Suwk reserves the right to offer refunds or credits at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. This refund policy is subject to change without notice and does not affect your statutory rights.
