2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2.2. You must have completed secondary school education to be eligible for our programs.

2.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

4.1. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

a. Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

b. Impersonate or attempt to impersonate SUWK, a SUWK employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

c. Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.

d. Use the Platform to transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.

e. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Platform.

5.1. Fees for our programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5.2. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Any fee changes will be posted on our Platform and will apply to courses starting after the posting date.

5.3. All payments are to be made in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise specified.

6.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6.2. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us for account deletion.

7.1. SUWK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

8.1. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The Platform is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied

9.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
